Yoga & Wellness Workshop

During International Yoga Week, With Love NGO conducted a special Yoga & Wellness Workshop for children growing up in challenging environments. Led by Rupal Ma’am, a seasoned yoga professor at St. Mira’s College, and Dr. Nidhi Agarwal, a family physician and holistic healer, the session blended movement, mindfulness, and inner peace. Our dedicated interns facilitated interactive activities, ensuring each child felt safe, seen, and empowered. Through this initiative, children learned how yoga can improve focus, calm nerves, and build inner strength, bringing wellness and mindfulness to every corner of the city.
